With Love from San Francisco

From a walk through the city to a beach hideaway at Half moon bay, San Francisco was an adventure. I loved every moment and in a way, the city loved me right back. Yoga on the beach

This morning we did a photo session after yoga class. It was awesome. The other girls here are Niki, Erika (a phenomenal yoga teacher) and Sarah. Sarah’s boyfriend Marek is the photographer. He’s a professional and we are lucky to have them staying at Yoga Farm with us. Waking up at dawn, morning yoga classes, Erika is teaching some really cool warrior sequences that I will learn. Beaches by bike

From Punta Banco to Pavones, it’s a long ride to internet and the store from which you can buy batteries or get money. Best to get off and take a swim a few times on the way back. Still making the best of the trip. Teaching a few times per week and working at Yoga Farm with gardening, harvesting and cooking. Getting ready to leave soon though!
